General sales and delivery terms
All deliveries shall be made only in compliance with our General terms and conditions of business.
The PS|eStore from PS-System GmbH is only accessible for commercial resellers. Our list prices are non-binding trade price recommendations in EUR, plus the applicable VAT. Prices are subject to change and quoted ex our warehouse in Holdorf without packaging costs. We reserve the right to make market related price adjustments. For orders with a net value of goods up to € 150.00, a minimum quantity surcharge amounting to € 15.00 is charged.
EXKLUSIVE: For all orders via our PS|eStore we do not invoice the minumum quantity surcharge!
Goods can only be returned by prior agreement, specifying the order or invoice number on the purchaser's risk, and no later than 3 months after delivery. Any return shall be in any case carriage free. Custom-made products and special designs as well as procurement items cannot be returned. In case of credit notes, we will deduct a 10% fee for restocking charges as well as all the costs incurred for any necessary reworking. For returns of goods costing less than € 150.00 gross, no credit note will be arranged.
Our technical documentation may neither be reproduced nor disclosed to third parties without our permission. All detailed overviews, technical drawings as well as all installation and commissioning pictures must be observed.
Local construction and safety regulations must be complied with.
Warranties for the engines delivered only apply if it can be proved that they have been properly installed, that a motor protection switch has been regularly adjusted and after previous factory inspection.
The goods delivered by us remain our property until your full payment.
All previous price publications are invalidated by the release of our new PS|eStore.
